Other manufacturing procedures
In addition to our core services, we offer a wide range of services in the areas of cross grinding, pressing and mounting, functional testing of bending, crimping, pressing, press-fitting, and stamping.
What we handle
We handle case-hardened and heat treatable steels, free cutting and general construction steels, rust and acid resistant steels, non-ferrous metals, and also magnesium. And we handle forged and cast blanks.
CAD workstations
Equipped with the Autodesk Products Auto CAD and Inventor for 2D-3D views.
Single- and twin-spindle lathe milling centres and CNC-controlled turret lathes
With bar feeds up to 102 mm Ø, diameters up to 200 mm with lengths up to 500 mm swing above bed Ø 250 mm, suitable for production of additional drilling, milling and tooth machining in one process.
CNC machining centres
Horizontal and vertical; up to 5-axis machining, milling head with 150° swivel arm and a tool speed range of 16000 rpm
The following operating capacities are available: x-path: 630 mm - y-path: 630 mm - z-path: 630 mm. Clamping surface: 400 x 500 mm
CNC multi-edge and multi-spline lathe
For spline shaft profiles according to DIN 5480; module 2.5 to 70 mm Ø; spline shaft profiles according to DIN 5462 up 50 mm Ø; multi-edge (2, 4, 6, 8 etc.) up to 100 mm Ø. Max. operating capacities: 100 mm - max. length of restraint: 250 mm - spindle hole: 40 mm Ø
CNC milling machines
Drive power up to 25 kW with dividing head and multivoltage. Clamping surface: 1300 mm x 500 mm; traverse path: 1000 mm (X) x 500 mm (Y) x 450 mm (Z) and a tool socket up to SK50.
Broaching machines
Up to 1200 mm broaching length and 10 tonnes traction force.
Deep-hole drilling machines
From 20 to 60 mm drilling diameter and up to 600 mm drilling depth.
Spikeless grinding machines
Up to 200 mm diameter and lengths of 1300 mm. Profiles up to a length of 350 mm.
CNC flat and profile grinding machines
Clamping surface: 800 mm x 400 mm. Maximum disc diameter: 400 mm. Traverse path 900 mm (X) x 550 mm (Y) x 360 mm (Z) and diamond profile dressing roll.
CNC universal circular grinding machines
With spike heights of 225 mm and spike widths of 1000 mm. External and internal grinding as well as C-axis for shaping and thread grinding. The Bb-axis of the machine table is pivoting.
Devices for heat treatments
e.g. for case hardening, hardening, normalising, quenching and tempering and nitrition.
CNC hardening machines
For medium and high frequencies and a hardening length up to 1000 mm.
